CULTURE
The estate has been practicing organic farming since the beginning of its conversion in 2020.
Our philosophy is not to produce grapes en masse, but to fully and properly express the beautiful diversity of terroir of our farm, through our wines.
From the point of view of amendments, we only provide fresh cattle manure, combined with sowings of cover crops (vetch, phacelia, clover, broad bean, etc.).
From a treatment standpoint, we use copper to combat mildew and sulfur to combat powdery mildew, as well as essential oils as a supplement.
Weeding is done exclusively mechanically. We do not use insecticides. The grape harvest is done both by hand and mechanically.
Our wines are organic.

WINEMAKING
It is mainly carried out in vats following maceration or direct pressing.
We also have a range of wines vinified in French oak barrels from Gauthier frères tonnellerie, which are based in Menetou-Salon.
Our winemaking processes comply with the specifications for organic wines.
