Our Values and
commitments

More than a profession, it's a way of doing things. Our values guide us every day, while our commitments are reflected in every gesture we make, from the vineyard to the bottle.

Our values

What defines Us

Cultivating today,

preserving tomorrow

Passing it on

Each generation brings its own knowledge, experiences and fresh ideas, enriching the future of the estate.

A deep respect for the land

We care for our soils with the belief that every great wine begins with a living and healthy earth.

biodiversity

In our vineyards, nature has a part to play too. We nurture a living ecosystem and work to preserve its delicate balance.

the art of winemaking

From pruning to harvest, and from winemaking to ageing, every step calls for care, patience and attention to details.

Our commitments

Concrete actions for
a sustainable future

Our commitments go beyond what's inside the bottle. They take roots in our vineyards, continue in the cellar, and carry through to the way our wines make their way to you.

Organic
Farming

Our vineyards are organically farmed and certified. This means cultivating every vine without synthetic pesticides or herbicides, while favouring natural methods to protect our soils, nurture biodiversity and preserve the authentic expression of our terroir.

Independent
winegrower

Founded in 1976 in the South of France, the "Vignerons Indépendants de France" association has two main missions : to defend and represent the profession of independent winegrowers, and to promote its development and economic vitality.

Domaine La Touche Blanche is proud to be part of this supportive community, united by a shared passion for the craft of winegrowing and an independent approach to winemaking.

REUSABLe
bottles

We wanted to take our commitment a step further, which is why we became a partner of "bout'à'Bout", a local initiative dedicated to the reuse and return of glass bottles.

A concrete, circular approach to packaging, giving each bottle the opportunity to live again.
